CorePlay Tetra Media Server - Quad-output playback for real-world production
  • CorePlay Tetra

CorePlay Tetra is a professional quad-output media server for live production and installation environments. Building on the proven reliability of CorePlay Solo, it delivers reliable, high-performance playback across complex multi-output LED and multi-screen workflows from a single compact 2RU platform. Designed around an operator-focused workflow, Tetra enables sophisticated shows to be delivered with minimal training and setup time, while working seamlessly alongside Analog Way live event switchers to support scalable show delivery.

  • Key Benefits

    Maximized return on investment

By consolidating multiple playback requirements into a single server, CorePlay Tetra increases equipment utilization and reduces operational costs. Rental companies and production providers can support a wider range of projects with fewer systems, improving asset efficiency and accelerating return on investment. The streamlined and intuitive workflows enable professional control from even entry-level operators.

  • Key Benefits

    Reliable show delivery

Designed specifically for professional live production environments and demanding permanent installations, Tetra delivers dependable performance where failure is not an option. Its purpose-built hardware architecture and rugged chassis, custom Linux operating system and enterprise-grade high-speed storage provide the consistency required for mission-critical applications.

  • Key Benefits

    Scalable multi-output playback

Tetra supports multiple breakout environments and larger digital canvases from a single system, reducing system count and complexity while improving efficiency per output. Four DisplayPort 1.4a outputs and a high-bandwidth internal architecture deliver stable playback across high-resolution digital canvases, with custom resolutions and scalable multi-output playback as core capabilities.

  • Key Benefits

    Operator-focused workflow

Tetra simplifies the relationships between content, digital canvases and outputs into intuitive controls, enabling fast setup and reducing operator dependency without limiting capability. The CorePlay RCS software is an intuitive, elegant and powerful interface to configure and control playback, using familiar Preview / Program / Take concepts so operators can fine-tune media safely without disrupting the program feed.

  • Key Benefits

    Extensive native media support

Tetra provides extensive native codec support that reduces content preparation time, with direct playback of professional production formats including Apple ProRes, HAP, AWX and H.264 / H.265, and common still-image formats. High-speed NVMe storage enables fast media ingest and instant access.

  • Key Benefits

    Multi-channel audio & timecode

Tetra offers synchronized multi-channel audio, with embedded audio over DisplayPort, balanced stereo XLR analogue output and a 32-channel Dante interface for instant access to networked audio devices. SMPTE LTC timecode is supported through XLR inputs with an internal generator for time-critical show control.

  • Key Benefits

Part of the Analog Way ecosystem

Designed to work alongside Analog Way switching and processing systems, Tetra complements live production workflows from control to playback. While it can drive displays directly, Tetra is at its best driving the hero videos in Analog Way presentation switchers and LED-driven productions — supported globally by Analog Way's live production and fixed-install expertise.
